Vietnam, Russia move towards stronger cooperation in strategic technologies: expert

Vietnam and Russia are well positioned to enter a new phase of science and technology cooperation, shifting from traditional exchanges and research support towards joint development of strategic technologies and Vietnam’s enhanced technological self-reliance, Prof. Dr. Tran Hong Thai, President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, has said.
